Excel grff

Anyone know how to recalculate a selected cell in Excel for Macintosh without recalculating the entire workbook? Likewise a single worksheet? Command-= does it for the whole file. According to Microsoft, F2 does it for selected cells, but that doesn’t seem to be happening on Excel X for Mac OS X.
