		<description>Jay, which kind of anesthetic did you have?  Injected or gas?  I know there is a difference between the various kinds in terms of how long it takes for a patient&#039;s mind to get back to normal.  (I read something once about a temporary IQ drop of up to ten points that can linger for weeks or months.)

Though an anesthesiologist will probably chime in now and say that I&#039;m remembering it wrong.  (To which I will respond by blaming anesthesia for my faulty memory.)</description>
