[writing] Green done
Green is done. On deadline, no less.
Unless something I revised makes casacorona cry, I won’t see it again until the copy edit comes back.
Whew.
And in other news, I feel much more like myself this morning than I have in a long time. Coincidence? I think not.

August 1st, 2008 at 8:38 pmHey Jay. Congrats on finishing Green! I’m reading Mainspring right now and really enjoying it. I love the descriptions of the interiors of the airships. Anyway I was the one who wrote a few weeks ago about the class I took with Dan Dos Santos (the cover illustrator for Green) in which some of us chose Green as our subject. The description we received was sparse so mine probably doesn’t match the character or setting as much as if I’d actually read the book. It was a load of fun to work on by any measure and now I’m psyched to read your book. I’ve posted the image over on my blog if you’d like to see. Cheers and keep writing, -Ray
