    The opening was brilliant.
    Honestly one of my favorite flash stories ever. Hope to have many more Jay Lake stories produced on Drabblecast.

    Jay,
    I just wanted to tell you how much I loved this story. Drabblecast nailed it and it turned out so fun. Introduced me to your writing also, and I’m happily exploring more of it now.
