August 2nd, 2011 at 10:43 amWhat struck me most about the gay wedding etiquette article is that the author felt it necessary to point out that the couple will mostly be paying for the wedding themselves. Because where I come, all couples regardless of orientation pay for their own weddings. Parents may chip in, but they aren’t expected to pay for the whole thing.
