Dutch Pave the Way for Looser Copyright Laws — Mashups and remixes could be protected by law.
Workaholism: Maybe not such a bad thing — Getting too wound up in work can be bad for you, physically and psychologically. Unless, of course, you love it that way.

Tinfoil hats have become a common, if not mandatory, G.O.P. fashion accessory. — How did American conservatism end up so detached from, indeed at odds with, facts and rationality? For it was not always thus. After all, that health reform Mr. Romney wants us to forget followed a blueprint originally laid out at the Heritage Foundation!
Will Romney Do As He Is Told? — Conservative commentator Daniel Larison on the leadership of the Right.
Santorum’s Electability Pitch Undermined by 18-Point Senate Loss — To paraphrase was Jack Nicholson once said about Dennis Hopper, Romney plays a severely conservative loon on t.v., Santorum is a severely conservative loon. Go, go, Senator Frothy Mix! The further you run, the more you discredit your party in the eyes of sane America.
Gingrich says he won’t quit GOP race — I find the Newt far more frightening than Senator Frothy Mix, simply because Newt, as bizarre as he is, is also highly competent. He would therefore as president be far more destructive to America than the genially incompetent Reagan was or the maliciously incompetent Dubya managed to be. No one in America seems capable of remembering what happened the last time we handed the reins of government over to Republicans, and neither the Democrats nor the media seem capable of reminding us.
