In celebration of my natal anniversary, JayCon XII, my 12th annual 37th birthday party, is today, June 9th, 2012 from 2 to 5 pm at the Flying Pie in SE Portland. We’re partying because I was born, and because I have beat cancer again and again.

Sadly I cannot attend the festivities because I am on another continent, celebrating my first 61st birthday.
Actually, my first 61st birthday was on Friday, but I have always proceeded on the basis that if the Queen can have two birthdays, so can I. This means I get to go out to dinner tonight as well as last night, which has to be good.
Plus, I regard making it to another birthday as something to be proud of, and mark it ceremonially with Queen’s ‘Another One Bites The Dust’ played at full volume.
I hope Jaycon xii Is great!
