It’s back. Three metastatic tumors in my liver, at separated points on both sides of the stem. The largest is 2.8 cm. As the radiology report says:
Three new metastases, one of which is adjacent to the wedge resection clips and another may be peritoneal in location.
I see both my medical oncologist and my surgical oncologist today. Primary questions are whether these tumors are surgically addressable, and what the treatment recommendations will be.
This has grown much faster than my prior metastases, and this is the first time I’ve had a multi-site presentation. That is a very bad trend.
Also, my cancer now has its own Twitter feed as @jays_cancer.
