[personal|cancer] Not much to say
I have things I want to say. About firearms, about parenting guilt and serious illness, about learning from relationships, about my recent Year’s Best nods. But my GI continues out of control. Last night was worse than ever, plus bonus nausea yesterday evening. It’s interfering with my sleep and with my daily functionality. I don’t trust myself to be measured and thoughtful right now. Or even fully intelligible.
Regular wit and erudition will resume when my body is more cooperative.

Not sure if you’ve tried this, but when having an uncontrollabe digestive issue, I resort to the B.R.A.T. diet. Bananas, rice, and toast. Plus Gatorade. All are bland, but help you digestive system get back on track.
Best of luck.
Familiar with BRAT, but currently having food tolerance issues. I’m down to eating Triscuits and drinking Ensure. :\
