I’m on Vectibix, which is an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody. One side effect of this type of drug is excessive eyelash growth.
Seriously.
I am not kidding.
Of late my vision has been getting foggy due to runaway eyelash growth. And people have been commenting on my unusually lush eyelashes, included various nurses while I was in the hospital recently. So last night, the_child
My right eyelashes have been trimmed, my left eyelashes have not yet

Oh, that is very strange. So the rest of your hair falls out (due to chemo) but that one drug causes growth in JUST the eyelashes. Wonders never cease!

@jay_lake My wife has stage 4, but she has short lashes now, wants long! If I show her this, she maybe jealous! Peace and strength 2 ya mate
My husband has crazy eyebrow growth. I call them his Mad Scientist eyebrows. You have Mad Scientist eyelashes!
Now if you could just manage eyelash transplants for those who lose their eyelashes during chemo…

wow. I had weird side effects, but not COOL weird side effects., I lost every eyelash, every eyebrow hair 9every hair on my entire body!) and six years later, still have trouble growing them 🙁
